We work on the same day as your recycle and trash pick-up service – making the whole process easy and straight forward.
QHow will I remember my cleaning days?
We will send you a text message to remind you the day before service.
QHow will I know my Bins have been cleaned?
We usually leave removable tags on the bins we clean to notify owners that they have been cleaned. You don’t have to be present at the time of the cleaning.
QWhat if the trash service runs late or I forget to put my Bins out?
If you forget to place your bins out or the trash service is not done by 6:00pm or we will text you rescheduling options.
QWhat if I move?
if you move, we’ll transfer your plan to your new residence. If that’s not possible, we’ll either issue a refund or transfer your service to the new owners.
QWhat if I want to change plan?
To change or update your plan, please email us or call 361-218-5916.
QWhat if a Holiday falls on my Bin Cleaning day?
Not a problem at all, we’ll simply move you to the following trash pick-up date.
QHow do I reschedule?
Please email us with your rescheduling request at least 48 hours before your scheduled cleaning.
